"Updating my review after several months from 5 stars to 2 stars. When I called for a new policy, the receptionist and then agent were super eager to assist me. Since having an existing policy, they put me on hold, ask to call me back at a significantly later time, and even just don't answer. Responses to emails take multiple days if they do reply. I have never had such a hard time getting a hold of an insurance agent before. Don't let the 5 star reviews fool you. They coarse new policy holders to leave a 5 star review while going through the purchase process for a new policy. I highly doubt people remember to come back here and update reviews after being existing customers. I for sure continue to receive crappy service as an existing customer."
